Doug Nellis is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing and advertising. His clients and promotional partners have included The Seattle Times, Cascade Bicycle Club, True Patriot Network, Warren Miller Productions, the Seattle Mariners and many others.
Doug is also active in local politics serving as an area caucus chair and precinct committee officer for the 43rd District Democrats, and co-organizer of bike rides that have helped bring positive changes to Seattle’s cycling infrastructure. In his free time, Doug writes and illustrates children’s picture books, which are mostly about squirrels. You can contact him at Doug Underground Design.
Content Strategy by Vanessa Casavant
Vanessa Casavant has worked in online communications for government entities at the tribal, state and federal levels. She is currently the content strategist and writer for electronic media of AdoptUsKids, a federal project aimed at raising public awareness about the need for foster and adoptive families for children in the public child welfare system. Vanessa also serves at the vice chair for communications of the 43rd District Democrats.
