Communications Committee Chair

Responsibilities

Serve on the Executive Board.
Chair and appoint members to the Communications Committee.
Draft and publish notices of general membership meetings via email, social media, and the District website.
Maintain District event calendars on social media and the District website.
Coordinate content for e-blast emails from Executive Board committees.
Draft and publish special announcements via email, social media, and the District website, as needed.
Monitor and update the District’s social media accounts.
Publish meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and proposed/adopted bylaw amendments and resolutions on the District website.
