Elections Committee Chair

Responsibilities

Serve on the Executive Board.
Chair and appoint members to the Elections Committee.
Act as point of contact with campaigns and elected officials when necessary.
Keep Executive Board and general membership informed of elections related activities.
Identify key races outside 43rd LD for prioritization by organization.
Maintain data on PCOs and voter contacts with PCO Committee.
Attend organization events, including general and Executive Board meetings.
Work with the PCO Committee to support PCOs and Area Coordinators in walking precincts leading up to elections.
Organize and execute legislative district and precinct caucuses in even numbered years.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chair.
